Austin’s veteran acoustic guitar explorers FiRES WERE SHOT return with a new 3-track EP recording entitled Siberia. Gathered from 4-track cassette tapes and field recordings, the new release continues the band’s recent evolution from melodic and structured folk-ambient vignettes into improvisational avant-noise and drone territory.
