Many Pretty Blooms is a drone project created by John Wilkins (FiRES WERE SHOT).

The project’s debut album, I Will Not Shudder, was recorded in his apartment in Austin from July 23 to August 12, 2021, using an acoustic guitar, Samplr app, and a kick drum. The album is a collection of instrumental and meditative acoustic guitar loops – a reflection on mortality, anxiety, and hope during the pandemic.
